PLUMBING PARTS & FITTINGS

With the support and dedication of his wife and their son Daniele, Fabrizio Pattaroni founded his specialised plumbing joints and parts company in 2003 at San Maurizio d′Opaglio, a small lake-side town near Novara in the Piemonte region.
FP Pattaroni Ltd initially supplied plumbing parts and fittings from various manufacturers, but Fabrizio′s vision was to produce such items made from high quality brass, a product not then widely available. In turn, the market responded positively, and over the years, the "FP" brand began to gain recognition in the industry, achieving notable success.
In 2012, participation in national and international trade fairs marked a turning point for the company. Today, the products are recognized internationally, and the "FP" brand has become synonymous with the Made in Italy promise of quality. Through the quality and precision of its production, the company has gained ISO 9001:2015 certification and is in the process of registering its trademarks.

PRODUCTION

EFFICIENCY AND KNOW-HOW

FP Pattaroni is a leader in the production of a wide range of brass joint fittings and parts with sizes ranging from 3/8" to 4".
All items are manufactured according to precise specifications and are entirely made in Italy, from the raw material used to the final product.
Every stage of the manufacturing process is quality controlled. Yellow brass fittings are produced from bars by way of the CW617N hot forging process, then cut and sandblasted, turned and packaged. Chromed brass fittings, however, are not sandblasted but deburred, then polished and chrome-plated. Other items are made using automatic lathes, shaping the final product directly from the brass bar.
To expand the range and capture a new market share, the SMART line was introduced under the "DP" brand, featuring top-selling fittings in sizes from 3/8" to 2". Although this line is comparable to those offered by our competitors, we are competitively priced while maintaining the exceptional FP standard of quality.

FP Pattaroni consistently invests in research and development, prioritizing the customers′ needs. To optimize order management times, we select fast and reliable couriers, overseeing every aspect, including packaging.
Packaging is carried out within the company with the help of automated machinery. With the aim of enhancing service quality, FP Pattaroni has invested in automated warehousing, ensuring real-time stock monitoring and semi-automating the order preparation process. The key focus remains on the absolute quality of the product: each item is designed to provide greater durability than that offered by competitors while maintaining competitive costs.
